The action of the active ingredients
“Sunny” vitamin D3
- Helps enhance intestinal calcium absorption.

Vitamin D3 is synthesized in human skin cells under the action of ultraviolet rays, and also enters the human body with food. Lack of sunlight, increased smog and dust in cities, impoverishment of food products and even the use of external sunscreen makes it difficult for the body to obtain vitamin D3. It has been proven that vitamin D3 increases the active transport of calcium and its passive penetration into the bloodstream through the walls of the small intestine. Conversely, with a deficiency of this vitamin, the penetration of calcium into the bloodstream is slowed. In addition to calcium, vitamin D3 enhances the absorption of magnesium and zinc, but has no effect on the absorption of potassium and sodium.
