Step 1: Detox – strengthening the body’s defenses

Recommendations for use
Detox (5 days)
Contains 3 plant complexes, which promote detoxification and the body’s immune response. The GreenGreen complex is rich in dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals, which improve the functioning of the gut as well as the expelling of by-products of metabolism and toxins.
Gut detox (4 days)
The effect of the active components in Light Mix (psylium husk powder, flax seed and prunes) are enhanced by the fiber in GreenGreen. The powder drink does wonders for the intestinal tract. It cleanses, restores mucous membranes and positively impacts microflora.
Regeneration (5 days)

* Dissolve contents of one stick pack in a glass (240 ml) of water, mix well and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water. Drink plenty of Coral Mine water throughout the day when taking this product (recommended individual water amount is 40 ml/kg).
Daily water intake during the program
During the program it is necessary to drink daily at least 1.5 liters of coral water (40 ml of water per 1 kg of weight per day). Sufficient water intake activates the body’s cleansing process, because without water intake it is impossible to cleanse and maintain the body in good condition. That is why it is recommended to use daily mineral composition to improve the quality of drinking water with Coral-Mine.
Contraindications
Individual intolerance to components, pregnancy, breast-feeding, acute inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract. Persons with thyroid diseases and taking iodine preparations should consult an endocrinologist.

General dietary guidelines
- eat more liquid food, vegetables soups and broths during the program;
- reduce the consumption of meat products;
- choose foods rich in vitamins and minerals;

- do not eat less than 2 hours before bed;
- do not snack between meals.
