I gained my love for plants during childhood while spending time at my grandmother’s countryside home. Back then, they were simply beautiful and attractive objects. As the years went by, life became increasingly fast-paced and intense. Family and work responsibilities took me far from my earlier interests. Over time, I developed various health issues.

But life is full of surprises. Quite unexpectedly, plants reentered my life, but this time in a different form—as dietary supplements. They had the potential to significantly improve my well-being. After a short while, I noticed a substantial improvement—my energy and vitality returned, and I began to feel joyful again.

This discovery sparked inspiration within me. I realized that I wanted to delve deeper into understanding and exploring how plants and natural resources can promote overall health. Therefore, I decided to invest time and effort into studying naturopathy—a holistic approach to health that emphasizes the harmony of body, mind, and spirit.

In 2022, I earned an international CPD certificate in naturopathy, which signifies not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and methods for maintaining a healthy body and living a quality life. This certification revealed to me how to use naturopathy principles to provide comprehensive support to the body and promote a preventative approach to health. I learned how dietary supplements, natural therapies, and holistic methods can help keep the body in optimal condition, prevent illnesses, and enhance quality of life.

Now, I dedicate my time and energy to sharing this wealth of knowledge and experience with others, helping people discover the healing powers of nature and integrate holistic health approaches into their lives. My belief in the power of nature is stronger than ever, and I hope that my journey and the knowledge I’ve gained can help others achieve health and well-being, just as I have.
