Secrets of Men’s Health

Secrets of Men’s Health

Have you ever wondered what a man’s health depends on and WHAT makes a man a man? It turns out that it is testosterone (the male sex hormone), which is produced in the testicles and differs from the female hormone oestrogen by practically nothing – ONLY one hydrogen atom!

This is precisely why testosterone is very unstable and can easily turn into the female hormone oestrogen, but never the other way around – oestrogen never turns into testosterone.

You will not believe it, BUT testosterone can disappear even during unfavourable changes in weather conditions! And what happens to a man at such a moment? It is not difficult to imagine…

Recently, scientists have been discovering more and more different ways in which this hormone affects the male body. It has recently been proven that it also increases the strength of the heart muscle. As a man ages, practically from the age of 25, the concentration of testosterone in his blood decreases by 1% every year, IF he does nothing to preserve it.

Endurance – testosterone level, testosterone Why is a man’s testosterone level so important? A man’s testosterone level provides:

  • Endurance and strength, both physical and mental;
  • Energy;
  • Muscle mass;
  • Healthy ambition (if there is no testosterone, there is no ambition, nothing is interesting – we sit and press the TV remote control);
  • Sexual activity;
  • Healthy aggression (to defend himself, his woman, family, homeland, etc.);
  • Resistance to stress;
  • Absence of tearfulness;
  • Immune protection (testosterone provides a very high level of antibacterial protection).

And what happens when testosterone levels fall? The following appear:

  • Anaemia with all its resulting consequences.
  • Excess weight – when hormone levels in the blood decrease, a belly begins to form: in men, fat accumulates mainly in the abdominal cavity.
  • Bone fractures even after minor falls, which is associated with increased bone porosity and fragility, known in medicine as osteoporosis.
  • Increased hair loss or slower beard growth: there is a reason for the saying that a real man shaves his beard twice a day. Since ancient times, a beard has been a symbol of masculinity.
  • Weakened memory and a decline in sharp thinking, depression, dissatisfaction with life, and a lack of initiative and aggression. As aggression in its best form decreases, a man is unable to win over a woman, is afraid to approach her or initiate sexual intercourse. Such a man is unable to protect his wife and family, and it is difficult for him to be a leader and hold leadership positions.
  • Increased cholesterol levels, thereby increasing the risk of angina and reducing life expectancy.
  • Weakness of connective tissue (changes in the skin): it becomes dry and wrinkled, and the man looks considerably older than his age.

Reasons for a Decrease in Testosterone Levels

American scientists identified the causes of male sexual weakness a long time ago by measuring men’s testosterone levels during various scientifically based experiments. Moreover, these experiments were conducted on tens of thousands of men!

SO – what did they discover?

It turns out that a drop in testosterone (in some cases even to zero) is associated with a whole range of problems. These are:

  1. In first place – psychology.
  2. Sleep and temperature.
  3. Food.
  4. Medicine.
  5. Lack of movement.
  6. Infectious diseases and toxicosis + a polluted body.

1. PSYCHOLOGY

Testosterone levels fall in the following cases:

  • It has been scientifically proven that testosterone production stops during stress.
  • Testosterone levels fall by 15–50% if a man neglects himself (does not take care of his appearance or himself).
  • Testosterone levels fall by 25% if a man is told that he looks bad.
  • Testosterone levels fall by 50% if a man feels that he has lost his sense of freedom. Therefore, you should not tie up the “dog” – let him run; if he is foolish, he will run away, but if he is wise, he will return home.
  • Testosterone levels fall by 30% if a woman shouts at a man.
  • Feelings of guilt.
  • Loans.
  • Lack of money.

Testosterone levels are increased by:

  • Recognition.
  • By 20% – humour.
  • By 30% – sport (it does not matter whether he participates himself or watches sporting events).
  • Shopping for cars, motorcycles and other equipment.
  • By 25–30% – prayer or meditation (it has been proven that during prayer or meditation, cortisol and adrenaline, which are deadly hormones, decrease, while the production of testosterone, endorphins, melatonin, serotonin and dopamine increases).
  • By 25% – healthy flirting.

A young, beautiful couple

A man loves with his EYES! Depending on how his beloved looks, just like on a thermometer, an increase or decrease in the male hormone can immediately be observed. So, dear women, remember your appearance at all times – especially at home…

A man loves with his EARS! This is usually said about women, but the higher a man’s level of self-esteem and importance in a woman’s eyes, the higher his testosterone level will be. A woman who constantly criticises and scolds her husband eventually ends up not with a man, but with… yes… Let us move on…

A man loves with his NOSE! He is very sensitive to smells – especially unpleasant ones – and his testosterone immediately falls to zero…!

2. SLEEP and TEMPERATURE

Sleep – testosterone is produced specifically during sleep, reaching its maximum concentration in the morning. In addition, this process must take place in complete silence and complete darkness. This has also been proven. Keep in mind that various ticking objects, objects glowing at night and a snoring mother-in-law could significantly damage family happiness…

A man sleeping in peace and quiet The temperature at which sperm cells are produced must be 3.5 degrees lower than body temperature. This is precisely why warm blankets, tight jeans and underwear act as sperm killers. And one more thing – the testicles must hang freely! It is no coincidence that Scots, Indians and Africans do not wear underwear, while the Chukchi use woollen pouches for the testicles as a contraceptive because, in this case, sperm production is stopped.

Constant overheating of the testicles is very dangerous and can lead to prostate problems and prostate adenoma. This is the result that can come from the fashion for tight jeans and the habit of using heated car seats.

Men are also strictly forbidden from keeping a computer on their lap. You should sleep in a cool room, completely naked, under a thin blanket, and you may even keep the window open. Remember – testosterone will not forgive you for such mistakes!

When raising boys, it is very important to know that nappies must not be used! If a boy wears nappies until the age of two or three, there is already a 50% chance of problems with the production mechanism.

3. FOOD

It turns out that a man’s health also depends on food, and he cannot eat everything! Especially strongly acidic products and products containing phytoestrogens and oestrogens, BECAUSE they convert testosterone into the female hormone – oestrogen. These products are:

  • Chicken and beef (animals and poultry are mostly fattened with female hormones to accelerate their growth!);
  • Vinegar;
  • Peppermint and lemon balm;
  • Yeast bread;
  • Refined oil;
  • Sugar and salt in large quantities;
  • Full-fat milk;
  • Caffeine;
  • Grapefruit;
  • Soy (including cooked sausage because it always contains soy);
  • Vegetable butter in large quantities;
  • Fast food;
  • Carbonated drinks;
  • Smoked foods;
  • Alcohol in large quantities;
  • Smoking, which is among the harmful habits.

Hang this “blacklist” in the kitchen next to the refrigerator because these products cause a very sharp drop in the male hormone – PROVEN!

But now let us talk about products that increase testosterone levels. SO, THE IDEAL FOODS and their supplements FOR MEN:

  • First of all, fatty fish: halibut, anchovies, herring, sardines, tuna, salmon, shellfish, prawns, oysters and trout.
  • Greens in large quantities: parsley, coriander, celery, spinach, rocket, spring onions and watercress.
  • Vegetables: Chinese cabbage, Brussels sprouts and cauliflower, broccoli, celery, tomatoes and carrots.
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables that are yellow, green and orange (they contain luteins that stimulate growth hormones): apricots, melon, raisins, lemon, mango, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, pineapples, pumpkins, yellow peppers, courgettes, aubergines and persimmons.
  • Berries: grapes, cherries, cranberries, raspberries, watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants and plums.
  • Fibre and grains: wholegrain porridge (except semolina).
  • Red wine (a little!).
  • Walnut oil, sesame oil and olive oil (all oils must be from the first or second pressing and unrefined).
  • Spices in large quantities: cardamom, pepper, garlic, curry, coriander, turmeric, horseradish and especially mustard make men into men!

So it is time to switch from chicken to herring… And make dressed herring more often… But the herring, as you understand, must be lightly salted – without vinegar, E additives or excessive amounts of salt. Parsley and pumpkin are especially valuable because they are the main sources of zinc, which is part of testosterone.

It is important to note that, for everything listed above to work, food should be eaten as fresh as possible or properly cooked at a temperature of up to 60 degrees.

4. MEDICINE

All medicines are toxic, and all of them also affect testosterone production. All kinds of antidepressants, anti-ulcer medications, sleeping pills, etc. Medicines should not be taken lightly. Everything can be restored naturally…

5. LACK OF MOVEMENT

A man’s health also depends on movement because all microcirculation, all lymph and the entire cleansing process are essentially activated through movement. When moving, all the body’s processes take place much more effectively – lymph, our sewage system, moves, blood begins to circulate better, etc. If we do not move, everything atrophies.

Everything should be done in moderation. You should use a sauna in moderation – once a week. Exercise should also be done in moderation.

6. INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND TOXICOSIS + A POLLUTED BODY

Unfortunately, the sexual revolution has ended in a complete VICTORY for viruses, fungi, bacteria, protozoa and parasites. This is because all fluids in the body are interconnected. If you have a wife, mistress or beloved woman, you constantly exchange fluids with each other. And if you are clean but your life partner has not cleansed herself, then during the exchange of fluids she constantly passes everything back to you.

All problems are transmitted sexually – viruses, all forms of hepatitis (A, B), herpes, papillomaviruses, all fungi, bacteria, gonococcus, etc.

And there are essentially NO prostate-related problems in either men or women where viruses, bacteria, toxin deposits or fungi are not present. One thing must be understood: there are NO such problems in CLEAN CELLS, and there cannot be, either in men or women. Therefore, the BODY MUST BE CLEANSED REGULARLY!

What are the signs that something is already wrong? There may be pain in the lower abdomen or lower back, as well as urination problems. This alone means that the channels have narrowed, something is living inside, and the tissues have already been damaged.

A universal antiparasitic and antibacterial programme:

HOW CAN WE HELP MEN BECOME EVEN MORE MASCULINE WITH NATURAL PRODUCTS?

How do we create new connective tissue in a clean body and ensure normal blood quality and testosterone production?

First, ideally, begin drinking bioavailable water, which cleanses the body and changes the properties of the blood.

Second, the most essential thing required for testosterone to be synthesised is amino acids. One source of amino acids is the Protivity Ultra product, which contains all essential amino acids and is absorbed by the body within only 20 minutes. Protivity Ultra – 3 tablets a day.

Next, the following natural products are required for testosterone production (listed according to their importance):

  1. Omega 3/60 – 1 capsule 2 times a day.
  2. Zinc – 1 tablet 2 times a day.
  3. Selenium – (participates in testosterone synthesis) – 1 tablet 2 times a day.
  4. The B-vitamin complex is contained in Tasty B – 1 tablet once a day, and Ultimate Max – 2 capsules 2 times a day.
  5. Lecithin – 2 capsules 2 times a day.
  6. Vitamin E (Activin) – 1 capsule 2 times a day.
  7. Folic acid – 1 tablet a day.
  8. Calci-Prime – 4 capsules before bedtime.
  9. Black Walnut (vitamin C) – 1 capsule a day.
  10. Silicon – H-500 (the new improved form of Microhydrin) – 1 capsule a day.
  11. Colo-Vada Plus – cleansing is a very important factor. It helps improve potency and, of course, much more…
  12. B-Luron – twice a year to strengthen blood vessel walls, connective tissue, etc. (after cleansing!!!).

The list is quite long, but this does not mean that everything must be taken at the same time (unless you have the means and desire). You can periodically choose two or three necessary products, changing them regularly.

An example involving zinc: to normalise testosterone levels, a man from the age of 13 must eat 100 g of parsley, pumpkin or seafood every day. If these products are not included in the diet, a catastrophic zinc deficiency and problems develop. In this case, it is worth supplementing the diet with biologically active food supplements.

A man can expect a “second youth” only if all measures for preserving youth are taken:

A happy mature couple

  1. Exclude all products that destroy testosterone from the diet.
  2. Begin eating products that participate in testosterone production.
  3. Drink bioavailable water.
  4. Cleanse the body by removing waste products, parasites, viruses, bacteria and fungi…
  5. Adjust the diet with biologically active food supplements that stimulate testosterone production.
  6. Sleep well.
  7. Move.
  8. Think positively and develop spiritually, which is the main task in every man’s life.

What else would I like to say? Unfortunately, the average life expectancy for men in Latvia is only 67.3 years, while men elsewhere in the world live much longer – over 80 years. Women also live longer. Of course, other circumstances are important here as well, but diet and one’s attitude towards health must also be taken into account.

Considering all these facts, the saying “The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach” takes on an entirely different – even literal – meaning. It could not be said more accurately. And as long as the woman is in charge of the kitchen, the man’s health, life and, of course, his heart are in her hands!
