“Program 2 Colo-Vada Plus” (Go Detox in USA) is a body cleansing program for 14 days and includes 3 stages, which allows to maximize the process of excretion of toxins, improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract and maintain the right microflora of the gastrointestinal tract.
WARNING: The Colo-Vada Plus program should not be used by children under age 14, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with kidney stones and gallstones.

Drinking regimen during body cleansing
Sufficient amount of water needs to be consumed during the body cleansing. This is a prerequisite for all types of purification. Almost all of the problems that people experience during body cleansing and on a daily basis are related to lack of water, which manifests itself as intoxication, constipation, cleansing crises, etc. The load puts a strain on the body’s output systems, which are regulators of water balance: the lymphatic, urinary, respiratory, skin and gastrointestinal systems. Therefore, all cleansing measures require a sufficient amount of water – from 2 to 3 liters per day (depending on body weight).
Purification efficiency will be significantly increased if sufficient amounts of bioavailable water (Coral-Mine) are consumed at all stages.

Body cleansing
The program “2 Colo-Vada Plus” aims to cleanse the body and intestinal tract, but it is not a specific slimming program. Weight loss occurs when the intestinal tract gets rid of intestinal stones, toxins and slag and follows a four-day diet. After that, the metabolism gradually adjusts.
Program stages:
- Preparation (7 days);
- Body cleansing (4 days);
- Recovery (3 days).
Preparation phase (7 days) from day 1 to 7
At this stage, the body is prepared for cleansing, toxins are excreted into the colon. The body is supplied with nutrients and its function returns to normal.
Dietary recommendations
Recommended: follow a diet consisting of water-cooked porridge and vegetable soups, fresh, stewed or cooked vegetables, fruits and salads, boiled and stewed fish, sour milk products with reduced fat content (kefir, yogurt). It is recommended to add soy sauce or olive oil to salads. You can eat dried fruits, lemons, fresh beets and greens.
Exclude or at least limit: canned products and products of animal origin (meat, eggs, milk and milk products, poultry), as well as white flour products, coffee, salt, sugar (herbal teas can be used, sugar can be replaced by honey, salt can be replaced by dried sea cabbage or soy sauce). Also try to avoid products that increase the formation of gases in the intestinal tract: grapes, apples, bananas, pears and melons, legumes (beans, peas, lentils), potatoes, cabbage, radishes, radishes.
Completely giving up any carbonated drinks and alcohol!
How to use
When you wake up every morning, slowly drink at least 640 ml of warm Coral water, and only then drink the contents of the No. 1 package together with Super Flora (1 capsule), with plain water. You have to repeat it in the morning and in the evening.
During the day it is necessary to drink at least 1.5l of coral WATER, herbal teas, juices (in total up to 3l).
Body cleansing phase (4 days) from day 8 to 11
In the second stage, the intestinal tract is cleansed thanks to the strongly swollen Colo-Vada Mix powder, which forms a gel-like mass. This mass has a strong effect to bind a large amount of the contents of the accumulated intestinal tract with its composition, as a result of which the fecal mass is easily excreted from the body.
How to use
Drink a cocktail of Colo-Vada Mix powder four times a day (every 3-4 hours) with cold unsweetened juice or water. Powder sachet is better to pour into a shaker and add cold water or natural (artificial juices is not recommended to drink because they contain citric acid and sugar or sugar substitutes that cause acidification of the body). Shake and drink immediately, as the powder swells quickly. After a few minutes, drink another glass of water on top.
At this stage, do not eat any food except juices, herbal teas (without sugar) and coral water. The powder in your stomach will mature and you will not feel hungry. In between, try to drink at least one glass of water.
It is very important that the stomach passes at least once a day. If the stomach does not pass for a long time, you can drink an additional jug (Caskara Sagrada) or magnesium (Coral Magnesium). If it is difficult to have fatigue, you can drink artichoke tea (Coral Artichoke – 2 tbsp. Pour into a cup and pour hot but not boiling water) to ease the liver.
Take the included tablets in package No. 2 together with Super Flora (1 capsule 1h before the powder mixture in the morning and evening, because otherwise all the valuable substances will not be able to be absorbed into the body).

Recovery phase (3 days) from day 12 to 14
After the Colo-Vada Plus program, it is necessary to help the intestinal tract to regenerate, because Colo-Vada Mix powders contain clay, which contains kaolin, which acted as an absorbent, absorbs toxins from the digestive tract. This unique substance is able to absorb 40 times more toxic substances than its mass! Kaolin promotes the excretion of fecal masses in the intestinal tract, loosens and separates the hardened, mucus-coated masses from the intestinal walls.
After cleansing the gastrointestinal tract, the intestines are able to absorb all substances and vitamins much better and more fully!
To allow the digestive system to gradually return to normal, from day 12 to day 14 it is recommended to eat only fresh or slightly cooked vegetables, but from day 13 protein products (eggs, meat, etc.) should be gradually resumed in small portions.
How to use
In the morning after watering the body with warm Coral water, drink the contents of the package No. 3 together with Super Flora (2 capsules, both in the morning and in the evening).
During the day it is necessary to drink at least 1.5l of coral WATER, herbal teas, juices (in total of up to 3l).
Recovery phase after the Colo-Vada Plus program
Cell nutrition program for one month:
- Coral-Mine: continue to drink plenty of fresh, alkaline water so that no toxins accumulate again!
- Ultimate: a balanced complex of necessary vitamins and minerals for general strengthening of the body;
- Super Flora or B-Kurunga: good bacteria / probiotics, to restore a healthy intestinal microflora;
- Assimilator or DigestAble: enzymes that improve digestion and strengthen immunity;
- Premium Spirulina or Protivity: amino acids;
- Lecithin and / or Omega 3/60: good fatty acids.
If the condition has been severe before cleansing, then this recovery period needs to be longer (2-3 months)!

Phase I
No. 1 of 14 sachets is provided for the first phase.
Package No.1 composition + Super Flora:
- Ultimate (1 yellow, oblong-shaped tablet): a complex of natural vitamins and microelements, provides the body with nutrients during the program;
- Super Flora (1 capsule with cream powder): provides normal intestinal microflora. Each capsule contains 1 billion Lactobacillus acidophilus bacteria;
- Vitamin C (500 mg): (1 cream, oblong tablet): antioxidant, protects against infections, provides protection of the body from toxic substances released during the purification process;
- Coral Alfalfa (lucerne) – (2 green capsules) provides the body with the necessary minerals, amino acids, chlorophyll (called sunlight storage);
Cascara Sagrada: (1 brown, oblong shape tablet – lighter than black walnut leaf tablet) natural laxative, covers the walls of the colon with healing and soothing oil; - Herbal mixture No. 2.
