How to Overcome the Heat?
Everyone looks forward to summer, the summer warmth, and even the heat. But when it arrives, many people find it very difficult to cope with the heat, especially those who suffer from cardiovascular problems.
The same receptors that are responsible for cold tolerance are also responsible for heat tolerance. Heat is an extremely high temperature that is very difficult to endure.
